The light ruby color, typical of this wine, is achieved thanks to a hand-picked harvest.
The grapes gathered in small 8 kg crates, are then aged 12 months in Slavonia oak barrels.
A complex, straight-forward and severe wine give notes of leather and black pepper to the nose, however on the palate, the mulberry and red fruits explode leaving an after taste of violet, cherries and dill.
Pair with:
• from oysters to medium-aged cheeses
• meats
Enjoy from 12 °C (53.6 °F) to room temperature according to the occasion
